Monthly Board Meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month and are announced via easyHOA email, text, or both, as well as posted on the Facebook page: Plantation Park 1 Residents Forum. These meetings are conducted via Zoom at 6:00 PM to maximize accessibility for members and typically last 2.5 hours.

A notice of each meeting, including the agenda and Zoom access information, is sent out no later than 24 hours prior. All members and/or their proxies are welcome to attend.

●      June 14, 2025 (Saturday - Annual Meeting) – In-Person & Zoom

●      July 2025 (New Term Transition Meeting) – Scheduled at the discretion of the incoming 2025-26 Board, either via Zoom or a public venue of their choosing.
